Fraud Analyst

Your.Rentals is looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our Customer Support team in Hanoi Office!
Fraud Analysts execute the approaches for reducing operational risk of fraud and financial losses through regular daily monitoring activities and contribute to projects aimed at improving processes within the Security team.
As this role directly supports our users, most of whom are based in Europe, the hours of work will be non-standard, and some shift work may be required (12pm - 9pm).
What you will do
- Detect, report & handle fraud cases from start to finish.
- Communicate and involve relevant internal and external parties to resolve fraud and security cases.
- Participate in projects that reduce losses due to fraud while maintaining the quality of customers' experience.
- Use a combination of manual and automated tools to proactively analyze complex data.
- Optimize existing methods, processes and tools used to detect, prevent and recover losses due to fraud.
- Work effectively with team members and leadership by communicating fraud trends and sharing ideas and knowledge in a constructive and positive manner.
- Able to perform independently with minimal support from the manager/leader.
What you will need to have
- University-level education major in French.
- Understanding spoken and written English at Intermediate level.
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.
- Able to prioritize incoming escalations and requests appropriately.
- Work comfortably with spreadsheets and web-based software.
- Highly proactive individual that can work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience working in the hospitality/travel industries as a plus.
