About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Your.Rentals. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and managers helping them make the most of our platform. Your proactive approach and commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to ensuring the success of our clients and the growth of our platform.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
Identify opportunities to improve clients' rental performance and revenue using platform features and best practices.
Provide prompt and effective support to clients, resolving issues and responding to inquiries to maintain a positive experience.
Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to advocate for clients' needs and support product development.
Monitor client performance metrics and offer regular reports and insights to help clients track their success and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
Proficiency in business English
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese or Greek.
Experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or a similar field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
A proactive approach with a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving results.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with the vacation rental industry or property management software is an advantage.
