About the Role: As a Customer Success Manager at Your.Rentals, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients' success. You will build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and managers, guiding them through the onboarding process, providing ongoing support, and helping them optimize their rental performance. Your proactive approach and dedication to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in driving the success of our platform and the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients onto the Your.Rentals platform, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize clients' rental performance and revenue through platform features and best practices.
- Provide timely and effective support to clients, resolving issues and answering inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to advocate for clients' needs and drive product improvements.
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to help clients track their success and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent in business English and French
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the vacation rental industry or property management software is a plus.
