Your.Rentals is looking for a Customer support hero to join its team in Hanoi. Are you a good problem-solver, quick learner, interested in technology and fluent in European language? We’re looking for a caring, motivated and self-starting person to join our product team in Hanoi to support the needs of our users, who are property managers and guests of vacation rentals all around the world.

As this role directly supports our users, most of whom are based in Europe, the hours of work will be non-standard, and some shift work may be required.

What will I be doing?

  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Assisting guest to complete unpaid bookings
  • Answering any questions property managers/guests might have about the booking process.
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations
  • Providing support to property managers/guests who may need to amend or cancel a booking
  • Identify property manager/owner needs and help them understand our product value or assist them to use specific features
  • Build and maintain a strong and long-lasting relationship with each property manager/owner 
  • Collaborate with the Booking support team or Technical/Connectivity support team to assist with challenging user requests or issues.
  • Follow up with users to ensure that their issues are resolved
  • Collect user feedback and share with our Product Teams  

Skills and experience

  • University-level education major in Spanish, Italian, German, French or Portuguese
  • Understanding spoken and written English is a plus.
  • Experience working in the hospitality/travel industries.
  • Customer-service experience.
  • Comfortable using web-based software
  • Strong problem-solving skills, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Basic use of spreadsheets
  • Self-motivated and able to plan own work
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
