Please note: You must be located in Vietnam with a strong professional network here to be considered for this job.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions, understand the key requirements to find qualified candidates.
- Using various channels (LinkedIn, social media, job-posting sites,..) to source/hunt candidate for opening positions;
- Support hiring process: manage applicants via ATS (applicant tracking system), follow up with applicants, arrange interviews, ..
- Onboard new employees and finish required paperwork for them;
- Employer branding: work with the Marketing team to advertise Hanoi office, plan and attend job fairs in universities,..
- Assist manager with retention initiatives
- Other HR tasks
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience for IT and non-IT positions;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to multitask;
- Intermediate or advanced level of English for internal communication;
- Understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices is a plus;
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn;
- Relevant bachelor’s degree is a plus;
